At Wittenberg Telephone Company/Cirrinity we care deeply for our community and our staff.
In the quickly changing environment we are working in with the COVID-19 we want to share information and changes quickly and as accurate as we can.
CUSTOMER SERVICE CHANGES
Beginning Wednesday March 18th , we will temporarily suspend all in-person customer service activities. This means while all facets of our business will continue to operate our office locations in Wittenberg and Antigo will be closed to the public until further notice.
Order Service: If you wish to order service, you may do so by going to the contact page of our website, or by contacting our customer service teams at Wittenberg: 715-253-2111 and Antigo: 715-623-0558 or emailing us at: email@example.com. We will do our best to accommodate service installations for as long as it is safe and reasonable for us to do so. Please be advised we will be asking pre-install and service questions around health to protect our employees.

- Pay online! Have your WTC/Cirrinity account number handy which can be found on your bill or if you need that info please call 715-253-2111 or 715-623-0558 and go here:
- Pay with credit card via phone.
- Sign up for paperless billing! Have your WTC/Cirrinity account number handy again
and go here:
- Deposit payment at our drop slot at our Wittenberg office location of 104 W Walker
Street, Wittenberg, WI 54499.
*We will be suspending residential and business non-pay disconnect processes and waiving standard late fees for 60 days.
